By combining expressive arts with talk, we can make progress towards your goals even when it feels difficult to find the right words. My younger clients usually make art more regularly, while my older clients often choose to do so more sporadically.
Trauma, both big and small, is an area that I'm incredibly passionate about, and brain research continues to grow supporting the benefits of the creative process which engages both mind and body to heal trauma. More than anything, I value the power of connection with my clients and believe that healing occurs within the context of trust and collaboration.
Therapy can sometimes be hard work, but my office (both physical and virtual) is a warm and supportive environment dedicated to self exploration, growth, and healing.
