My passion is to help people become empowered to embrace themselves and their strengths by helping release their distressing feelings and pain while simultaneously learning healthier coping skills to help you move towards improved day-to-day functioning. I now work exclusively in private practice and specialize in working with pre-adolescents, adolescents, and adults.
