I am a licensed clinical family psychologist specializing in LGBTQ+-affirming individual, couple, and family therapy. I run a group private practice with offices in Santa Rosa, San Francisco, and Sebastopol CA as well as Telehealth throughout California. We specialize in gender affirming care that is inclusive of families and partners across the lifespan.
As a narratively informed, socioculturally attuned, providers, we work collaboratively with clients and their families, extended family networks, friends, coworkers and community members to find solutions to the problems that are negatively impacting their lives and relationships. We use a non-pathologizing style of talk therapy and other techniques, such as EMDR, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Gottman Method, SPACE, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness approaches, and others that will most directly deal with the issues at hand. My interpersonal style is direct, curious, compassionate, calming, culturally sensitive, and respectful of personal values, belief systems, and lifestyles.
