I am a compassionate, caring, patient person who has always had an interest in people. That’s why I started my career early on as a trainer. I transitioned into counselling because I really enjoy talking with people about relationships, life issues, a knack for listening, helping identify blocks that’s keeping them from their best self and removing those challenges.

The most rewarding aspect is clients realising that the resources required to overcome their issues is within them, becoming whom they want to be and empowered to embrace themselves.
I have been an integrative Counsellor for more than 6 years and absolutely love what I do. I currently offer both virtual and onsite to ensure convenience and easy accessibility. My clients experience a safe, confidential space to share their story and talk about whatever is on their mind, at their pace . I believe that building a therapeutic relationship based on trust, non-judgement and empathy is foremost. As an Integrative Counsellor I draw on a wide range of approaches to tailor sessions uniquely to a client.
