Are you tired of “talk therapy” which is supportive, but does not equip you to make real, lasting changes to your life when you have left the therapy room? I will work collaboratively with you to design a treatment plan that will define goals, understand obstacles and map out the best approach to help you get where you want to go. In addition, “homework” is often given to work on between sessions as added support. Many of my clients experience meaningful and lasting change within a relatively brief number of sessions.
