What is PSYPACT?
The Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) was formed as a response to the increased demand for online therapy. This commission is an interstate compact designed to facilitate the practice of tele-psychology and the temporary in-person, face-to-face practice of psychology across state boundaries.
As a psychologist licensed in any PSYPACT state, you can apply to practice under PSYPACT and greatly expand your client base legally without the need to be licensed in every state individually. View the list of PSYPACT participating states here.
