I will gently walk alongside you and together, in ways that centre your choice and at a pace that works for you, we will help you to lay your story down and connect with your experiences and yourself in ways that foster clarity, honour your voice, restore connection and trust, and sense of empowerment and wholeness within.

-any form of abuse from a recent or past partner including psychological, emotional, physical, financial and sexual abuse
-any form of gender-based violence
-witnessing or being impacted by gender-based violence during childhood, adolescence, and adulthood
-a loved one who has experienced gender-based violence
-interpersonal trauma connected with colonial violence including residential schools, Sixties Scoop, and MMIWG
-experiences of or exposure to interpersonal violence in their lifetime that impacts relationship with oneself, with loved ones, and well-being
-challenges such as negative body image, low self-esteem, or anxiety influenced by gender-based violence and interpersonal violence
