I believe healing takes place when the core of the emotions/feelings is identified and then expressed. Our emotions and behavior are mostly covered and protected to avoid pain. There is no healing without feeling the pain but it's only temporary. Once the pain is felt and released the door for Joy has opened. I also use EFT, Spirituality and Energy Healing as it complements the process of therapy.

Approach Description: Testimony: Every now and then there's a person who arrives in your life at the perfect time and for the perfect reason. Diane Vaillancourt is one of those special people for me.
