I have had the honor of working with people for over 2 decades providing individual therapy with adults, teens, and children presenting with a wide range of personal struggles. Many of the clients I have worked with experienced anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, emotional dysregulation, low mood/feelings of low self-worth, and relationship/peer struggles. I offer both in-person and virtual therapy drawing from evidence-based, developmentally appropriate therapy approaches.
