I offer both structured and supportive counselling based on your needs. I use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to help you notice, understand, and work towards changing your unhelpful thinking patterns. Motivational Interviewing allows us both to have a clear understanding of your goals and helps us develop a therapy plan that is aimed at increasing your personal wellbeing.
In addition to individual therapy, I offer career counselling services. I am certified to administer and interpret the Strong Interest Inventory which can assist those who are having difficulty in choosing a direction for schooling or employment ($25 for Strong report in addition to regular session fees).
I would consider my personal approach as one that is strength-based, positive, and hopeful. I have great faith in the clients with whom I get to work with and believe that every person is capable of achieving personal greatness. Contact me today to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation to see if I may be the right therapist for your needs. Let me help you become your “Better Me.”
