Integration Counseling and Coaching is a private practice based out of Redmond, Washington, 15 miles from downtown Seattle. The address is not published so as to protect the privacy of her clients. She meets with her counseling clients for 45 minutes on a set time and day of the week. During COVID, she went to remote Skype and Teams sessions. At present, she offers her indoor office or outdoor gazebo for sessions She was fully vaccinated by February 2021 and have had all Covid boosters. Theoretically, she uses a Depth Psychology and Transpersonal approach. The theories she most employs are Jungian Psychoanalytic, Object Relations and Gestalt. She also weaves in aspects of Transactional Analysis, Leadership Techniques as taught by Brene Brown, and Parenting from the Inside Out by Dan Siegel. She is well versed in Sue Johnson's Couple's Counseling and utilizes Neuroscience for understanding brain function as it effects our most knee-jerk behaviors. Role playing, parts work and resume writing are but a few of the skills and resources she brings to each session. In each session you'll have the opportunity to learn at least one new tool or solve a least one challenging problem.
