I help high achieving and sensitive strivers to stop doubting themselves and start feeling grounded and confident.
Maybe you’re always the one people can count on, yet you have a hard time accepting help from others.
Or tou feel as though something is weighing you down, though you can’t quite pinpoint what it is.
You look like you have it all together from the outside but you aren’t satisfied with your relationships and know there is more to life.
Together, we will create space for you to get in touch with yourself and your needs. In working with me, people find themselves having the confidence to make decisions that align with their values and lead to desired change.
I create offerings that encourage growth, self-discovery and healing through the practices of talk-therapy, EMDR, self-compassion, mindfulness, the Enneagram, IFS or parts work, and yoga.
It is my deepest belief that we all have the capacity for healing, growth and to live a meaningful life . Reach out for a free 15 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit.
