Over 20 years of experience has lead me to explore many aspects of human beings and their sexual and relationship needs. Sex and Relationship therapy is a critical need to sustain a healthy relationship and a healthy sex life long term. I'm well known for getting straight to the point and take a solution focused and reality therapy approach to therapy.

Holistic Sex Therapy and Relationship Therapy is the lens we will be working through. You, the whole person. I've been practicing Sex and Relationship therapy for over 20 years and paved the way for the newcomers in Delaware as the first Sex and Relationship therapist in the state...many years ago. I am a published author, major media contributor and a University Instructor. I will be starting relationship retreats late spring of 2022 on my farmette in Southern Chester County, PA. Imagine a full day of learning and exercises/activities and mingling with the energy of my farm animals...a great day (or two) to learn, reconnect and practice in an environment conducive to healing!
