Together with your Novus Rehab counsellor you will learn helpful, practical approaches to managing your unique worries and difficulties. Our evidence based therapy approaches are tailored specifically to your needs, to support you in problem solving, developing coping strategies, and learning to recognize your own personal strengths, resulting in a toolbox of skills you will be able to draw from so that you are well-prepared to navigate the challenges that you face today and in the future.

Novus Rehabilitation Social Workers and Psychotherapists provide counselling for a variety of issues including adjustment, trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, healthy relationships, stress management, anger management, loss and grief, chronic pain and illness, body image, LGBTQ2 issues, addiction and substance abuse, and a variety of women's issues. With expertise in trauma-informed practice, our therapists will help you in your healing journey. Therapy sessions are by appointment and can be in-person or virtual.
