I have been working with Past Life Regression and Shadow Work modalities for 10 years. My clients come from all walks of life and from various cultural backgrounds. This work addresses psychological, emotional and spiritual issues and facilitates healing and integration. It is a therapeutic process for helping resolve emotional and energetic blockages. Clearing these blockages creates an opening for clarity, undiscovered joy, and a deeper understanding of yourself and your true potential.

Limiting belief systems that influence our life often rest on strong emotional reactions to past events but their origin has become buried, forgotten, with only the mechanistic patterns of reactions remaining. My clients experience the effects of this repression as
- Feeling confused about who you are and what you want
- Feeling disassociated, disconnected or numb.
- Feeling “not alive”- drugs, alcohol, extreme sports, gambling, overeating, violence, risky behaviors, sex addiction/perversion, etc
- Being destructive when emotional - verbal/physcial abuse, self-harm, sabotaging, suicide attempts, escalating arguments
- Unfulfilling relationships: lack of depth, destructive behavior, “splitting”= im the good one and you are bad, misunderstanding in communication/conflict, getting easily triggered
- Spiritual bypassing
Labeling anger, rage, jealousy, sadness, etc as bad, shameful, involved, unenlightened, low vibration, no value, to be avoided, something that needs to be cleansed…
- Toxic "positive" thinking -anger is negative, its not that bad, i'm strong, that can’t affect me
-Toxic meditation - let your thoughts and emotions go…there is no pain, there is no personality
Areas of Focus:
Self-esteem stems from deep appreciation and acceptance of our personal worth and values. In the modern world, our perception and expectations of ourselves are heavily impacted by the distorted mirror of the social media. Even the most externally successful people can struggle from low self-esteem. If not addressed, it can potentially become a debilitating all consuming issue that spills out onto every aspect of one's life. The work on self-esteem is really the work on getting to know and accepting both the parts of us that we like and the aspects that we reject, also known as the Shadow.
Spirituality is a deeply personal experience. One of the many challenges that spiritual seekers often experience is loneliness. When we first start on a spiritual journey there is often an experience of our inner world not being in balance with the outside world. Our values and beliefs undergo a series of reevaluations. We often experience a feeling of no longer belonging in our social groups, outgrowing our relationships and past choices that no longer feel true. This is often accompanied by a process of grief, emotional reactivity and self-judgement, this is often referred to as purging . All these experiences while common and necessary on the path of awakening, can be quite intense and disorienting. I help my clients go through this process of purging and reestablishing the new self-identity by systematically exploring and integrating the light and shadow parts. This facilitates a sense of greater clarity and alignment, which honors the client's own unique journey.
Past Life Regression
