As a therapist, I place tremendous value on building a trusting therapeutic relationship and providing a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted. You can expect a warm, empowering, creative, patient, and explorative environment. I enjoy working with individuals of all genders, races, and cultural backgrounds from ages 12 and up. I am passionate about helping individuals increase their self-awareness and self-compassion, identify and utilize their strengths, and develop skills to navigate challenges.
