Driven by compassion and empathy, my goal is to support you in embarking on a journey of self-discovery where you can unpack your experiences and explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement. I hold the perspective that human suffering arises when we have difficulty reconciling the difference between our reality and our expectations, which leads to disconnection from ourselves in the form of anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation. On our journey, it’s easy when we can classify our experiences as either black or white, but most of life happens in the gray. Navigating the gray can be tough, leaving you feeling alone, stuck, and hopeless. I am here to walk alongside you on your path whether you are navigating through stressful circumstances, dealing with the aftermath of a traumatic experience, or in need of compassion to feel heard or validated. I truly believe that each individual is the expert on their life and holds the potential to heal through their inner strength and wisdom to improve the quality of their life. With validation, compassion, and trust in the therapeutic relationship, I can help individuals heal from past trauma and support them in navigating through emotional complexities. I provide a safe, warm, and cozy environment for our sessions where we can connect and chat about your concerns.

I also help individuals overcome self-esteem issues, acculturative stress, addictions, and life transitions.
