As a doctoral-level (PhD) psychologist, I have been working in private practice for over 12 years specializing in treating anxiety, depression, stress, career issues, life adjustments, and relationship problems. My expertise is in using a mindfulness-based therapy called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which is the next generation of cognitive behavioral therapies. ACT is a powerful treatment designed to help you get more present in your life, liberate yourself from old negative thoughts, and get into action toward creating a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
