Approach Description: My therapeutic approach is holistic and client-centred, meeting you where you are on your journey. I integrate evidence-based therapies to create a supportive and empathetic space, including trauma-informed care to ensure safety and sensitivity to your unique needs, narrative therapy to explore and reshape the stories that influence your well-being, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, and positive psychology to build on your strengths and enhance resilience. Education: I hold a Bachelor of Counselling from the University of the Sunshine Coast and yoga teacher training, integrating body, mind, and spirit into my trauma-informed, client-centred practice.

  • Average Session Fee Initial Individual Session: $185. Ongoing Individual Session: $132. Initial Relationship Session: $340. Ongoing Relationship Session: $235.

  • I am committed to making therapy accessible to those who need it, regardless of their financial situation. My sliding scale therapy is available to individuals and couples who meet specific financial criteria, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to receive the support they need. Who Qualifies: Clients who are experiencing financial hardship, such as low income, unemployment, or unexpected financial burdens. Students, pensioners, and individuals on government benefits (e.g., Centrelink). Those who can demonstrate a need for financial assistance due to specific circumstances. Session Details: Length of Sessions: Sliding scale sessions will typically match the standard session lengths (e.g., 50-60 minutes), ensuring you receive comprehensive care. Session Fees: The reduced fee will be determined based on your financial situation, with a minimum fee set to cover basic operational costs. This will be discussed and agreed upon before the start of therapy. Timeframe and Availability: Limited Slots: Due to the nature of sliding scale offerings, there are a limited number of slots available at any given time. Reevaluation: The sliding scale fee will be reevaluated every 3-6 months to adjust for any changes in your financial situation. All financial information shared will be kept confidential, and we will work together to find a fee that is manageable for you.
