I use principles from humanistic therapy to promote autonomy, voice, choice, and support clients in embracing every part of themselves. I also use techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy to help break down triggering situations to help clients to overcome repeated behaviors and improve interpersonal relations. Most of my work has been in helping people struggling with anxiety and depression, but I also have experience working with trauma and loss.
