I am a therapist who offers trauma-informed, strengths-based counseling to clients. Via a person-centered approach, I support the vision and insights that my clients have, and encourage personal development through active listening, questioning, and skills building. For processing trauma and past losses and hardships, I provide space to simply be. My therapeutic work is informed by my own lived experience in navigating mental health challenges services, to come out strong on the other side. I bring this strength to sessions, and support my clients no matter where they are in their wellness journeys.
