If you want to live in a state of well being,  balance and ease you must be living life from a certain state of mind. States of mind create create emotional states,  which create an embodiment.  If you wake up in the morning and unconsciously do the same things with the same mind as yesterday, you are only repeating the same as yesterday and the day before.

BUT if you start the day with conscious focused intent to direct your attention on gratitude and let your body get into the state of gratitude though a deliberate meditation or mindfulness practice, you are now guiding the day more deliberately. And if you continue to see through the eyes of gratitude; looking for the gift of the day and whatever experiences you encounter, you continue to see through the eyes of a much larger perspective.

This is the ATTITUDE and perspective that will allow your body and mind to be at ease and balance as well as attract all kinds of unexpected possibilities.

Gratitude is the attitude of abundance, peace and joy.

Your job is to align with seeing and feeling good for all that you have and all that occurs. This is not an easy task because since your mind is an artifact of the past and your body has been conditioned to the past, your will will be at odds with these two factors, and it will take a strong will and discipline to see through the eyes of gratitude.

The more you practice the better you get, the better you feel, the easier it will become.

Now isn’t that something to be grateful for?!
