I practice from a psycho-spiritual and trauma informed approach. I draw from a variety of approaches: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Parts Work, Polyvagal Informed and Mindfulness Work. Using a variety of techniques my work is focused on nervous system healing, inner child work, spirituality and self-discovery. Moreover, I work and support with managing: anxiety, people pleasing, perfectionism, high achieving, empaths and highly sensitives, inner critics, childhood trauma and relationship issues (romantic, marital, friendships).
