Providing individual counselling to adults in-person in an office in Britannia in SW Calgary and through telehealth (phone or video). Welcome and congratulations on taking this step towards growth and change. We all experience occasional difficulties navigating life’s challenges, and there can be times we feel especially stuck and discouraged, and we need some extra support. Counselling can help. My approach is driven by and tailored to your needs. We can work together to learn about you and the issues you are facing, to explore different options/choices/perspectives, and to develop creative ways of healing and dealing with life's challenges. There is more information about me and about my approach to counselling on my website (linked alongside this profile). Deciding to begin counselling is an important decision. I also offer a free brief phone consultation so we may determine fit. I welcome the opportunity to get to know you and to work with you.
