Welcome! My psychotherapy practice is rooted in empathy and curiosity, offering psychodynamic therapy for young adults, adults, couples, and groups. Together, we embark on a journey to uncover and understand the emotions, thoughts, and behaviors that shape your life. Many of the individuals I work with grapple with feelings of inadequacy, guilt, shame, anger, or fear of confrontation, often coupled with a tendency to people-please. These emotions can ripple into work, relationships, and self-perception. Through compassionate exploration, we delve into these patterns—often influenced by unconscious processes—to foster healing, self-awareness, and growth.
If this resonates with you, I invite you to schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. I also offer clinical supervision and case consultation for CRPO registrants. As a former Registrar, Faculty Member, and Clinical Supervisor at the OPC Program (2017–2023), I bring a wealth of experience to support your professional development. Let's begin this meaningful journey together.
