Healing looks different for everyone, which is why I start by understanding your unique experiences and the context of your life. Therapy is a space where we can explore challenges together, helping you break free from limiting thought patterns and behaviors to create meaningful change. With over five years of experience in mental health and substance use settings and as an MA in Counselling Psychology practicum student, qualified to practice under supervision, I offer a supportive, non-judgmental, and inclusive space. I provide care that is anti-oppressive, queer-affirming, anti-racist, sex-positive, and trauma-informed care.
I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, intimacy, self-esteem, grief, and addiction recovery. I also support identity exploration, including sexual, gender, and racial identities, using trauma-informed, harm-reduction, and resilience-building approaches to foster healing, growth, and lasting change.
