I help people to have compassion for themselves and understand patterns of thinking and behavior that hold them back from change. We collaboratively discover coping strategies and mindfulness skills that enable clients to thrive rather than just survive. I bring 26 years of experience to my work in helping clients create clear goals and facilitate change. It is such an honor and a gift to participate in this journey with clients.

I see individuals and couples in my practice. In the very first session we will work on getting information and creating a plan for success. This individual plan looks different for each unique person or couple. I work with anxiety and stress management, trauma, divorce issues, grief and loss, depression and transitions of all kinds. My theoretical foundation includes mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, sensorimotor psychotherapy, EMDR and humanistic perspectives.
