Horses and Healing, LLC. offers a safe space for healing through the use of a HIPAA compliant video platform or telephone sessions. Brief therapy approaches include mindfulness practices, Solution Focused Therapy, elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Attachment theory.
