As we approach the festive holiday season, we understand that the joy and excitement of the holidays can sometimes bring along a challenge—sleep deprivation.

 

The stress that comes with the hustle and bustle, coupled with changes in routine and increased social activities, can disrupt our sleep patterns and if you suffer from sleep issues all the stress and chaos can make things worse.  Lack of sleep can impact your overall health and daily functioning.

This is why we thought this would be a perfect time to introduce our 8-week CBT-I for sleep program.  

 

What is CBT-I?

CBT-I, which stands for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia, is a proven, evidence-based approach to treating insomnia that focuses on changing thoughts and behaviors that are affecting your ability to sleep. It addresses the root causes of insomnia, helping you develop healthier sleep patterns for sustained, restful nights.

Unlike medications, CBT-I addresses the underlying causes of insomnia, offering a long-term solution without the risk of dependency. Our 8-week program is designed to empower you with the tools and skills needed to overcome insomnia and enjoy better sleep quality.
