As we work towards the life you want, I employ a variety of therapeutic approaches. I have extensive experience practicing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) with an emphasis on being present in the moment in a non-judgemental environment. I maintain you know yourself better than I do and offer strengths based stance.
