My goal as a therapist is to create a safe non-judgemental space for all clients, especially clients who may not click with other therapists such as LGBTQ+, gender diverse, polyamorous or non-monogamous, and kink practicing clients. During our sessions you can be your true self. You don't have to mask with me or hide things about you that you think are weird or unlikeable. Ideally I can help you learn to like those aspects of yourself. You never have to hide important parts of your identity with me because I will never judge you for any reason.

I created SAGE Mental Wellness Center to be an all-inclusive practice. Our therapists are trained in a variety of treatment methods, we are not a one treatment fits all practice. We work from a wellness perspective NOT a pathological perspective. Our goal is to collaborate with our clients to help them improve or change the aspects of their lives that are bothering them. All of our therapists have some training in somatic therapy, our bodies show us when things aren't working in our lives. Unfortunately, our bodies hold on to grief, stress, anxiety, chronic pain, and trauma. To improve a client's overall wellness we have to incorporate the client's body into their therapy. This is just one of many ways we try to incorporate the client's whole self into their therapy.
