I believe in making clients feel safe during therapy, creating a perfect environment for change. Long-lasting change takes patience and time to accomplish. However, I understand that hard work is necessary to achieve the timely results clients appreciate, so I am direct in my approach.
I believe in a holistic approach and am also a certified yoga instructor. Yoga is proven to reduce anxiety and depression, and body work is an important part of trauma work.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
- EMDR
- Rational-Emotive
Approach Description: In general, I'm direct. However, some people prefer to ease into the process, and I also provide the space to do so. I'm certified in EMDR and find it effective in many situations. I also use traditional talk therapy. My main goal is the find and alleviate the underlying problem, not just treat symptoms.
