I help my clients reach their individualized goals in a safe and supportive environment. It is important to remember that therapy is not a "one-size-fits-all" approach, and I collaborate with every client I work with to find the best way to heal and progress. It is of utmost importance to meet my clients where they are and make sure they are comfortable every step of the way. When working with me, there will never be any judgment, and my client's voices will always be heard and understood. I work with children, adolescents, and adults and specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, building self-esteem, relationships, and life stressors. I implement evidence-based approaches to help clients reach their goals and feel better. This will always be through a client-centered approach, where my client and I are a team.
