My passion is working with clients, as a team, to establish specific goals and areas we would like to work towards. I understand the difficulty, as well as any personal feelings that come along with attending therapy; I empower and commend ALL individuals on their journey to self improvement! I treat a variety of areas and diagnoses, including but not limited to: anxiety management, self esteem, ADHD management, anger management, communication skills, neurodivergence and more! I also specialize in working with children and adolescents to learn techniques and tools which will help them to lead happy and healthy lives. When working with children, my approaches include behavior modification, emotional regulation, trauma, impulse control, aggression, communication skills, oppositional defiance and more!
