As the Director of the Centre for Psychodynamic Insights, I am deeply committed to helping individuals explore the underlying psychological patterns that shape their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My practice is rooted in the psychodynamic approach, which seeks to bring unconscious influences to light, helping patients gain deeper self-awareness and develop healthier coping mechanisms. By understanding and addressing the root causes of distress, I help patients foster long-lasting change in their lives.

Approach Description: Our psychodynamic evidence-based approach is based on the belief that many of our behaviors and emotional challenges are influenced by unconscious memories and patterns established in early life. By bringing these influences into conscious awareness, patients can understand the origins of their struggles and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. We emphasize the therapeutic relationship as a space for insight, where recurring themes and defenses are explored gently but thoroughly. This process of self-discovery enables patients to overcome inner conflicts and achieve a more integrated sense of self.
