I'm here to help guide individual's through the change process utilizing a holistic approach for finding balance within one's life. I use motivational interviewing, skills based teachings, and a strength based approach to help people find their path to making and sustaining change in their life. I specialize in helping individuals make the changes they see fit related to improving their quality of life. I’m a licensed clinical social worker and certified addiction counselor with 11 years of experience. Through my struggles with alcohol and drug use, and finding my recovery from substance use I have found a life full of joy and purpose. My primary objective as a therapist is to help others find their joy and purpose in life, and to embrace their best life.
