With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in guiding and supporting individuals as they navigate complex relationship issues. Many are family members who have loved ones that struggle with addiction. I help individuals and couples with addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. We work together to resolve unhealed emotions and break patterns they’ve been stuck in so they can grow in setting limits, building confidence, and feeling better.

Pulling from my education and experience, I help people replace isolation and loneliness with connection and hope. There two main methods I use to help clients, I teach them how to identify errors in their thinking through CBT and help them to recognize obstacles to progress through ACT so my clients can get back on track. I am also trained in EMDR which has shown to make a big difference for both trauma survivors and for relief from challenging memories. We all need strategies to focus on what matters most to us. Through the therapeutic process, I help family members diffuse intense emotions with their loved ones using mindfulness exercises. With practical communication skills and a plan for next steps, families and couples experience hope, knowing that things can change for the better.
