Addiction and Mental Health struggles can be so isolating. Our minds tell us we are the only ones who feel this way, no one else could possibly understand. But the truth is you are not alone. Connection is how we break through the shame. Saying it out loud takes away the power of the illness to keep you sick. Let's talk about how to disrupt the pattern and to support you to living your best life.

I have almost 2 decades of experience on the front lines supporting individuals with addiction and mental health struggles. Maybe you are thinking "I'm not ready to quit" or "I can't imagine my life without alcohol". That's ok. I am comfortable supporting both harm reduction and abstinence based goals.
I am also a Certified Hypnotist. Hypnosis can be a gentle way to support behaviour change.
