Daniel Klassen Practice Details

Therapy Sessions Daniel Klassen Practice Description
Daniel offers a wide range of formal assessments and employs an integrative method that grounds therapy in rational thought to eliminate confusion. However, he goes beyond this, especially in trauma and emotional disturbances, by emphasizing the messages that emotions and the body convey to the client they may not fully understand. While Cognitive Behavioral Therapy forms the basis of his approach, he sheds light on emotions through Narrative and Emotion-Focused Therapy. He tackles the body's sensations and distress through Somatic Experiencing Therapy, and he addresses trauma's grip through Internal Family Systems Therapy.
