See my website for a full description of my work. Also, please feel free to come in for a half hour free consult to find if you would like to enter therapy with me. Briefly, my MFT training brings an eclectic range of skills and tools. Additionally, I am trained and certified in Hakomi Body-Centered Psychotherapy, a mindfulness-based work. I love working with individuals, couples, and children, witnessing growth toward a stable, and centered state of mind, and more authentic relatedness with others.
Under my supervision as MFT interns in my psychotherapy practice, are Janelle Klaas, MFTI, and Sophie Marchand, MFTI.
