Approach Description: I use Internal Family Systems as my main therapy approach. My work is very body centered and experiential, and I integrate elements from Polyvagal Theory and Somatic Experiencing into my sessions. My therapy style is curious and compassionate, I am integrating my western science background with eastern and indigenous tradtions.

I am a Certified IFS therapist (Internal Family Systems), and I also incorporate teachings from indigenous and eastern traditions into the traditional western psychotherapy. Treating the whole person is very important to me, my area of expertise is to help you reconnect with the wisdom of your body through bodywork and somatic experiencing so that you can be in tune with your sensations and emotions. I have learned that the path to happiness does not mean changing the things that are ‘wrong’ with you. It means to accept and love yourself just the way you are – even though it probably sounds impossible to you right now. You have taken the first step towards a more fulfilling life by finding the courage to look for help. I would love to be your companion on this journey and help you find the real YOU in you!
