As a somatic psychology therapist, I believe we all inherit and embody invaluable resources which are there to support us during hard times. What we often do not inherit are the skills to tap into those resources. Being able to grow in capacity to help yourself with a gentle help of a practitioner is always a huge step in the right direction. I am here to help, and in my practice, I attempt to activate most natural methods for working with somatic experience in meaningful reflective expression, inner awareness and creative openness for change. Time and open mind-set is all you need. You are welcome to reach out to me with any questions you might have, and I will be happy to support you in the comfort of your own home for our online meetings.

Approach Description: I work primarily with psycho-somatic, creative arts approach which builds on experiential self-inquiry and which will connect you to wider relational context of being, functioning and belonging, including your immediate social, cultural and environmental contexts. My approach is grounded in in-depth listening and active awareness principles that integrate the sensual with the emotional with the historical aspects of every day wellbeing. I like to offer a clear, person-centred focus on what experiential priorities come through on each day of therapy work and offer support in growing a practical toolbox of self-help techniques developed together with the client and for the client. That way every session I offer is very unique and tuned to the relevant needs for integral, positive change.

My 1:1 work is guided by gentle movement, breath work and creative self-inquiry time. It is important for me to stay in active dialogue mode, while the session becomes a precious journey to your whole self, while attending to the delicate balance between our inner and outer worlds of relation.
We are all different individuals with different histories and different aspects of our wellbeing to attend to, but it is in the relational essence of life that we should seek our strengths, and mindful movement and expressiveness can guide us there. I am here to support that journey, while listening within.
With help of somatic felt thinking in movement you will learn a lot of new skills in how to attend to the balances between your conscious and unconscious functioning, how to follow the cues that attending to movement offers and how to address the needs of ongoing change within your psycho-somatic integrity. And through guided engagement in creative processes of breath, I hope to help you discover the depths of reconnection that need to take place to feel whole and to feel supported by the immediate environments you live in/with.
We can walk, we can talk, we can move creatively together, paint, draw, write and reflect. All in your own time of reconnecting to a better place within yourself, that can empower your new energy of living and feeling whole.
I will be delighted to guide you.
The sessions can be planned as part of any ongoing treatment, they can be a form of self-therapy you offer to yourself, they can support you in any self-developmental work including your own professional commitments or simply be an individually tailored quality time in your own self-care.
