I work with individuals with such issues as depression and mood swings, grief and loss, anxiety and worries, addictions, anger management, intimacy and sexual difficulties, and divorce adjustment. For couples I provide a format to discuss difficult topics in a more safe and constructive environment. I help couples improve communication that enhances closeness, deepens understanding and reduces reactivity. Sessions include the keys of good expression and listening, family of origin issues, working with emotions and identifying needs, and creating new goals and rituals.
