Dr. Nightingale has been the director of several psychiatric hospital units, including chemical dependency units. She has been extensively interviewed in the media and speaks to audiences on relationship communication, parenting and divorce recovery. She works with couples (including LGBTQ+ couples) to develop better communication skills and work through resentments and relationship crises. Her book, "It's a Bedroom not a Boardroom" was written with ambitious, competitive couples in mind.
Since 1980 she has helped thousands of clients find practical solutions to challenges they have faced in life. She works with families and couples to regain closeness, cooperation and trust.
To bring clients the most current treatments, she spends over 200 hours a year in continuing education and specialized training. It's important to her, that clients obtain the most effective treatment for their concerns.
She also works in partnership with Journey Clinical to provide Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy for eligible clients.
