First of all, I love connecting with people and helping them feel heard, understood, and accepted. For me, therapy is developing a genuine relationship, not just a cold professional relationship. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help organize my clients' emotions and problems and to help them get a handle on their emotions. It is a very Biblical approach. I try to do this in a quick and efficient way so that my clients can get to a place of strength and hope as soon as possible. I've worked with people who have suffered from the worst of traumas imaginable and have helped couples wade through the complications in their relationships. The goal has been to help them get to a point in their life where they are happy, thriving, confident, and secure.  You need a therapist with as high a level of education as possible, and that is what I offer, having Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate degrees. You also want someone with as much experience as possible — I have 26 years of that — but much more importantly, you need someone whom you can trust and connect with. That's important to me, because I want you to have the utmost confidence that I AM FOR YOU.
