Nutritional Interventions: I address how food affects mental health, including the gut-brain axis, and use evidence-based protocols to help manage conditions such as mood lability, anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD through nutrition and herbal remedies.
Mind-Body Connection: I incorporate movement, exercise, and breathing techniques to reduce trauma symptoms, anxiety, and dissociation, optimizing overall well-being.

This option is available for individuals experiencing financial hardship or those with limited income. Sessions on the sliding scale are the same length as standard sessions, but availability may be limited to certain time slots based on scheduling. I currently offer sliding scale services to clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as virtual sessions for those outside the area.
