*IN-PERSON AVAILABILITY* I believe my lived experience with parenting, grief and the challenges of adolescence infuse emphatic understanding into my practice. Life is hard!! I have also faced many of the challenges facing our children, teens and families today, and I bring my experiences into my clinical practice. I focus on young people and their families, helping to provide support to the whole family system. I have Advanced Clinical Training in working with children and teens who have engaged in sexually harmful behaviours, and have specific tools to help the families not only manage the behaviours, but also heal together. As a trained mediator. I support families and couples to navigate any changes they experience, due to loss, separation conflict etc. My practice is rooted in collaboration and looking at the client's entire system, in order to create sustainable and relatable treatment goals that maintain the client at the centre. As a person of colour, I understand the importance of cultural responsivity in counselling, and welcome clients of racicalized communities.
