I have an evidence-based practice utilizing modalities such as CBT, DBT, CPT, Narrative therapy, person-centered therapy, experiential/Gestalt therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I also incorporate art, music, and creative approaches as appropriate and desired by the client. I have experience with suicidal ideation and trauma. My clients and I collaboratively develop a treatment plan that best meets their needs. I typically use a framework that considers the whole person. I use various modalities and consider the approach most appropriate for the desired outcome. I am a Catholic Christian counselor and incorporate emotional, intellectual, physical, and spiritual aspects of development and flourishing. If you desire, I am happy to incorporate Christian values into the healing process. If you are not Christian, I am happy to meet you where you are most comfortable spiritually.
