Therapy is a collaborative process that you and I embark on to encourage you to become the best, most fulfilled person you can be by identifying and achieving your goals. Therapy enables us to explore different aspects of your life and how those experiences have shaped you. Some of the interventions that I utilize include; CBT, Personal Centered, Motivational Interviewing techniques, DBT techniques, Mindfulness, Gottman Method, and many more depending on your needs individually, as a couple, or as a family. Overall, our therapeutic style focuses on improving self-esteem and confidence and accomplishing your therapeutic goals. My ultimate goal is to create the space for you to reach your full potential!
