She has a sliding scale, and takes Cigna, BCBST, Medicaid (BlueCare, TennCare Select, Cover Kids, Humana, and UHC (commercial), Behavioral Health, multi-plan, EAP, and many other insurances. One will need to contact the office to see if they are in our network-however we do also have a sliding scale. WE take cards, health plans, and cash. WE file insurance for our clients.
Recently Glyndora has reached out to the professionals and added 5 more counselors to her team of various backgrounds-who may speak Spanish, are is skilled in ASL, who are of different race and cultures; who have different skill sets that are able to address every possible need of our community. We have multiple types of Credentials, PhD, LMFT, LPC, MA, SW, and more; and can do psychological assessments, certified classes for court and DCS mandates; while providing face to face, telehealth, and in some cases-home visits depending upon the location and counselor.
As stated; we are in networks with many insurances; therefore contact our office and inquire as to your insurance. Steve can assist you and often can get authorizations with networks outside of our own.
WE offer a multiple group and/or individual certified, class assortment to aid with domestic violence, anger management, Marriage, Divorce Recovery, Grief and Loss, Alcohol and Drug Prevention, and Parenting needs; when we have enough clients to participate (6 minimum to register) we convene the groups; but if we do not then we can provide the same curriculum on and individual bases and can do multiple sessions within a week for those who need their certificates. Other classes are brought onto forum as we see the need. Our counselors are versed in play therapy, marriage and family, trauma, DID, mental, relational, emotional, DID, and other needed issues. Our office manager is Steve, and he can be reached to schedule appointments or change any insurance information; or other updates if one calls: 423-790-4906 Normally our groups are in our office, and now we also have online group sessions. Clients are required to make sure they are within confidential surroundings without distractions or intrusions, with a good connection, and with a notebook and pen in hand for classes; since there will be a review at the end of each course that renders a certificate upon completion. Successful completion includes regular attendance, attention, appropriate conduct, participation, and successful review of the curriculum- as all sessions are completed. Timely completion is crucial, therefore clients cannot miss any sessions since each session builds upon what was learned the session prior-unless they make it up prior to that next session. Clients who take extended breaks between the class sessions will need to start fresh since these sessions are in a sequence and build upon each prior week.
We do not double book. Our counselors work various hours so that we can assist those who need early morning sessions, yet also be able to assist those who need to work after work hours, such as 4:30-8:30 PM. Depending upon your needs, then we can best fit you with one of our remarkable counselors!
